Breakfast, comfy beds, cosy decor, beautiful area I especially loved the buggies available and the drivers were very friendly. I also liked the whatsapp communication.

June 2025 - Location was awesome. Near the water. The property is heritage, so it gave the vibe I was looking for. You will get great photos. The rooms are in blocks and it's open corridors to outside, so when it's hot - it's hot (40*) right outside your bedroom door. You can hear everything, so take ear plugs (4am prayer and continues all day). Beds are comfortable. Lighting is dim - maybe to hide the condition. One can get lost because everything looks the same. Better signage would be appreciated to find your location. Pool is shared with a sister hotel 4mins away via buggy requested through reception. Rooms are equipped with iron, ironboard, tea/coffee, fridge is stocked with water and milk, great water pressure, bathroom little extras, Wifi worked well, spacious and aircon works but a little noisey. We didn't use the restaurant.

The best area to stay in Dubai if you want to see the heritage. The hotel is right in the souks. Very easy to find and to walk around the area. Check in & check out processes went smoothly. Room service was quick. Their breakfast is very good, variety of foods available. Everything is beautifully arranged. They have buggies to drive you to your room and also to take you to the other hotel, if you want to use the pool. You can also walk, is very close by. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the most beautiful Arab style. You have all the amenities available and gets cleaner everyday.

This is the most unique location in Dubai. This hotel is like no other. Beautiful design, very clean, everything was cleaned and replaced daily. There are buggies that take you to the pool across the whole promenade at your request at any moment. Al Seef village is must visit and many tourists come there, but if you are staying there it’s amazing as you get to explore any time and before the crowds arrive.

Very unique and beautiful hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The buggy service to the partner hotel is not only convenient and available anytime, the ride is along the creek and a fun add on. I’ve stayed in so many hotels in Dubai but you don’t get anything like it somewhere else. I recommend to take an abra (small boat) for just 2 AED to cross the river to the gold market (gold souk) at sunset around 6:45-7pm. Buggy can even drop you at the station. If you don’t have a balcony it doesn’t even matter because you can use the first floor outdoor bridges which offer seating. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.
